Christophe talks about P'Tit Louis, a new French bistro to open downtown in early 2010. Classic bistro food is the heart of this venture, with sandwiches, mussels three ways, steak tartar, coq au vin, and other French classics shaping the menu. Christophe has played an important role in defining the food and style of restaurants like Steve's own Brasserie La Provence and Le Deauville Bistro in Lexington, KY.

Also, Robert talks about the upcoming new location for O'Niell's pub. On Juan Tabo and Candeleria, the restaurant will stand where Krispy Kreme donuts briefly stood. We think it will be a vast improvement. Best of luck to Robert and the entire team at O'Niell's!
