Chef Jim White Cafe on Alameda and Jefferson is the home of one of New Mexico's food and restaurant pioneers. Chef White has been an advocate for traditional New Mexican cuisine for longer than anyone. In a full-length interview, Steve talks to Jim about his early days promoting food through radio and later TV, right and wrong ways to assess a restaurant, and why Steve would definitely kick Gordon Ramsey out of his kitchen.
